Asian American Journalist Association (AAJA) Scholarships

The Asian American Journalist Association has several scholarships offered. Visit their website at www.aaja.org to view the specific guidelines and availability of each scholarship. They also offer paid internships. The general guidelines for the scholarships include: Commitment to the field of journalism, sensitivity to Asian American and Pacific Islander issues as demonstrated by community involvement, journalistic ability, and financial need. Applicant must be a graduating high school senior,undergraduate, or graduate and be enrolled full-time. Student must plan to take journalism courses or should be seriously pursuing journalism as a career.
