Specifics: All HCF scholarships are merit and need based. Each applicant must meet the basic eligibility criteria:
Must be in good academic standing with a cumulative GPA of no less than a 3.00 on a 4.00 scale. Must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident. Must plan to enroll as a full-time undergraduate student (minimum 12 credits per semester) or graduate student (miniumum 6 credits per semester). Must be applying to or be enrolled in a college or university in the fifty states or Puerto Rico.
