AvanZamos® Ford Fellows gain personal leadership skills, the skills needed to train mentors for the HERMANITAS® Program, and MANA organizational skills to pass along to their Chapters in an effort to sustain the existing framework and begin planning for the future.Acceptance into the program is based on the commitment to deliver 2 local chapter programs annually for three years. You will be prepared to train mentors and other trainers in your local Chapter, and given the necessary record keeping tools to ensure success. We are looking for MANA and Affiliate members who have experience in training adults, good organizational skills, strong presentation skills, who are active in a MANA Chapter or member Affiliate organization, and who are committed to the education and advancement of young Latinas.
