You must be a high school senior, if not enrolled in high school, you must be either 17 or 18 years old. You may apply for a cash award if you are not enrolled in high school as long as you meet the age requirement. Applicants must be citizens or permanent residents of the U.S. or its official territories (i.e. Puerto Rico). If you are not a U.S. citizen, a copy of your Alien Registration Card must be included with your registration form. A temporary or student Visa is not acceptable. The early registration deadline for ARTS is June 30, the final deadline is October 15.
