Specifics: This scholarship is renewable and is intended for undergraduate study at qualifying California postsecondary and vocational institutions. Applicant must be U.S. citizen, permanent resident or Non-citizens are eligible as defined by criteria for federal financial aid programs. Applicant must be residing in California and must demonstrate financial need. Students must submit FAFSA to federal processor and GPA Verification Form to California Student Aid Commission. Applicants must have income and assets below certain established levels and must plan to enroll in a vocational/occupational program of at least four months.
