Specifics: These are the guidelines for applications:
(1) The applicant must be presently enrolled full-time in a college business program pursuing a major in real estate, business or related fields and must have completed a minimum of one year of college work. (2) Must be a resident of West Contra Costa County which includes El Cerrito, Kensington, Richmond, San Pablo, Pinole, El Sobrante, Hercules, Rodeo, Crockett and the intervening unincorporated portions of the county. (3) Have a 2.5 GPA or better. A transcript of all college work completed should be included. Completed applications must be returned on or before December 2. Applicants selected for personal interviews will be contacted in December.
