Specifics: The National Merit Scholarship Program is open to any student who takes the PSAT/NMSQT during their junior year in high school and meets other published eligibility requirements. One-time scholarships of $2,500 (National Merit) are offered, as well as(Corporate-sponsored Merit) renewable for four years of undergraduate study or one-time award or (College-sponsored) renewable for up to four years of undergraduate study. Scholarship awards are dependent on test scores, high school grades, recommendations and demonstrated leadership.
