Specifics:
Ford Foundation Post-Doctoral Fellowships for Minorities (Native American Indians, Alaskan Natives (Eskimo of Aleut), Black Americans, Mexican Americans/Chicanos, Native Pacific Islanders (Polynesian or Micronesians), and Puerto Ricans are offered to U.S. citizens who have earned a Ph.D. by January of the year funding is requested. Only those already engaged in a teaching and research career or those planning such career are eligible. Award includes a stipend for fellows at the regular post-doctoral level of $25,000. A travel and relocation allowance of up to $3,000 is also allowed. Deadline to apply is January.
